Jake Paul meet and greet awful experience

To start. My niece and daughter never met Jake Paul. The ridiculous email that was never sent through ticket master had me and ten other family's not make it in time for the meet and greet. We were then told we could meet them after the concert but instead were rushed into one picture that wasn't even with Jake Paul. Had my daughter on her birthday in tears. I am beyond upset that we spent the time and money to be pushed aside and not taken care of. No autographed merch. And one picture with Jake Paul's friends.... it was very upsetting. This was not a cheap ticket and we received nothing. Hope to hear a response/call back soon..
